堂區朝聖之旅

主顯堂堂區將於10月1日 (星期五，公眾假期)舉行朝聖活動，參觀基督之母堂及聖歐爾發堂。當日上午9:00正在東涌巴士總站集合，大約下午5:00回程。票價為每位港幣100元正，包括旅遊車及午餐費用，今天彌撒後開始售票。


坪洲和平之后小堂主保瞻禮

坪洲和平之后小堂主保瞻禮將於10月3日(星期日)舉行，當日將會於下午2:00進行聖母像出遊，由坪洲室內體育館出發，下午3:00的感恩聖祭將由陳志明副主教主持，並於彌撒後有多項表演節目款待各位來賓，晚上6:30在好運酒樓舉行晚餐聚會，當日聚餐餐券每位$50，教友可於彌撒後購票，希望各位能踴躍參加。


第廿六屆普世青年節香港教區團

第廿六屆普世青年節將於2011年8月於西班牙馬德里舉行。教區青年牧民委員會現正接受18至35歲的青年報名，截止報名日期9月30日。詳情請向麥神父查詢。


聖雲先會

上主日聖堂門口募捐為港幣3,412.80元。上月總支出共港幣11,918.90元，包括：分別支付兩個愉景灣家庭成員的醫藥費及教育費(由匿名人士特別捐助)、贊助坪洲長者中秋聯歡會、購買探訪兩個梅窩安老院及六位坪洲長者家庭的禮物。聖雲先會在此感謝各位的慷慨捐助。敬請留意：本月例會將在今天上午11:30在1D康頤閣小堂舉行。


Parish Pilgrimage

We are going to have our Parish Pilgrimage on Friday, 1st October (public holiday). We will gather at Tung Chung Bus Terminal at 9am, visit the Mother of Christ Church and St. Alfred’s Church, and return around 5pm. Tickets are $100, including lunch and transportation, and can be purchased after mass.


Peng Chau Feast Day

The Peng Chau Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel Feast Day will be held on Sunday, 3rd October. There will be a Procession at 2pm and Holy Mass at 3pm celebrated by Rev. Dominic Chan, VG, at the Peng Chau Stadium. Performances will follow after the mass. Dinner will be at 6:30pm. Tickets will be sold after mass at $50 each.


The 26th World Youth Day Hong Kong Delegation

The 26th World Youth Day will be held in Madrid, Spain in August 2011. It is now open for application until 30th September for young people aged between 18 and 35. For further information, please contact Fr. Metz.


Society of St Vincent de Paul

Church door collections last weekend amounted to $3,412.80. A total of $11,918.90 was spent helping with the medical and educational expenses for two families in DB (met by specific anonymous donations), sponsoring a Peng Chau Mid-Autumn Festival Elderly Party, and buying gifts for visits to two aged homes in Mui Wo and for home visits to six elderly people in Peng Chau. Thank you very much for your generosity.
