四旬期運動
「愛．給他們希望」是今年四旬期運動的主題，捐獻箱和信封將於今天在各彌撒中心派發，請大家慷慨援助有需要的兄弟姊妹，鼎力支持這項有意義的活動，並於聖週五將奉獻箱交回各彌撒中心。
四旬期講座
主題：講解及欣賞四旬期和聖周讀經和禱文，講者：羅國輝神父，日期：2011年3月23日星期三，時間：晚上7:00 至 9:00，地點：九龍玫瑰堂，尖沙咀漆咸道南125號。如欲報名，請於3月18日前把參加人數遞交教區禮儀委員會，電郵hkcdlc@catholic-dlc.org.hk，傳真 2521-8034，電話 2522-7577，網址：http://catholic-dlc.org.hk。費用：自由捐獻。
喜宴
下一個「喜宴」的讚頌、朝拜上主教導活動將於3月27日星期日下午2:00至6:00在東涌天主教學校四樓禮堂舉行。這次活動將包括一位前馬尼拉喇沙大學神學講師Arun Gogna帶領的四旬期反思。請携帶家庭成員及親友參加這快樂的活動，接受祝福。
堂區牧民議會 ─ 將於4月3日(星期日)下午1:45在坪洲和平之后小堂舉行，歡迎各位教友參加。
聖雲先會
上主日聖堂門口募捐為港幣4,726元。上月總支出港幣8,203.90元：包括：資助一個愉景灣家庭成員的醫藥費 (由匿名人士特別捐助)、支付一位大澳長者的平安鐘月費、贊助一間東涌安老院的農曆新年聯歡會、送給兩個梅窩安老院的長者新年利是，及購買探訪十位坪洲長者家庭的禮物。聖雲先會在此感謝各位的慷慨捐助。每月例會將在今天上午11:30在1D康頤閣小堂舉行。
拜苦路禮儀及特增週日彌撒
於四旬期間每週五晚上7:30在1D康頤閣聖三小堂將有神父為教友辦修和聖事，隨後晚上8 :00正舉行雙語彌撒及拜苦路禮儀，歡迎各位教友參與。
Lenten Campaign
“Love – give them Hope” is the theme of this year’s Lenten campaign. Boxes and envelopes for your love offerings will be distributed today. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated. Please return your contribution by Good Friday.
Parish Lenten Recollection and the Feast with Arun Gogna
We are going to have a Lenten Recollection and the Feast on Sunday, 27th March at 2pm in Tung Chung School Hall. The preacher will be Arun Gogna. We are all invited to make this day a day of renewal and joy. Please invite your friends as well.
Epiphany Parish Council Meeting
There will be a meeting of the Epiphany Parish Council on Sunday, 3rd April, in Peng Chau at around 1:45pm.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul
Church door collections last weekend amounted to $4,726. A total of $8,203.90 was spent helping with medical expenses for a DB family (met by specific anonymous donations), paying for the safety bell subscription of a family in Tai O, sponsoring a Chinese New Year party in a home for the elderly in Tung Chung, distributing Chinese New Year red packets in two homes for the elderly in Mui Wo, and buying gifts for home visits to ten elderly people in Peng Chau. Thank you very much for your generosity.
Our monthly meeting will be on Sunday, 13th March, at 11:30am in Trinity Chapel, 1D Glamour Court.
Additional Mass and Stations of the Cross
Every Friday evening during Lent there will be a bilingual mass at 8pm at 1D Glamour Court followed by the Stations of the Cross. The priest will be available to hear confessions at 7:30pm.
How to Start a Business
A seminar on How to Start a Business will be held on Sunday, 20th March, from 1 – 5 pm in the covered area of DBIS. It will be in English and all migrants are welcome. For further enquiries, please call Amy Vinas at 9163 9835.
First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion and Confirmation 2011
Classes preparing for these sacraments will start as follows.
First Reconciliation: Classes started on Tuesday, 1st March. First Holy Communion: Tuesday, 3rd May (for children in Year 3 and above).
Confirmation: Monday, 11th April (for children in Year 6 and above).
Please collect a registration form after Mass and/or contact Teresa Weir, 9186 0905, for details. A copy of the child’s Baptismal certificate MUST be included with the application form in order to attend these classes.
