喜宴即將開始！請帶同你們的家人朋友來參加，飽饗這屬靈的美食罷。透過參與喜宴，很多人已經歷了醫治、祝福、悔改和轉變，這時機現在屬於你。
９月１３日是喜宴在香港的一週年紀念，亦是公眾假期，當天在東涌天主教學校四樓禮堂舉行集會，序幕為下午二時的醫治彌撒，隨後敬拜和特別嘉賓Bo Sanchez修士的教導。
Bo Sanchez修士是作家兼出版商，曾任電視及電台節主持目人，也曾在世界各地演說。他創辦的機構包括ANAWIM被遺棄長者及貧窮人之家、傳媒集團牧者之聲、耶穌之光團體、耶穌之光輔導中心及 Kerygma之家，一個無國界的國際性團體。
齊來參與９月１３日下午二時在東涌天主教學校４樓禮堂舉行的喜宴。恭候各位來臨，接受主的祝福！
坪洲和平之后小堂主保瞻禮
坪洲和平之后小堂主保瞻禮將於10月2日(星期日)舉行，當日將會於下午2:00進行聖母像出遊由坪洲室內體育館出發，下午3:00舉行主保感恩聖祭；並於彌撒後有多項表演節目款待各位來賓，晚上6:30在好運酒樓舉行晚餐聚會，希望各位能踴躍參加。聚餐券每位55元，將於本星期公開發售，教友可於彌撒後向各彌撒中心負責人購票。
堂區朝聖之旅
本堂區將於10月5日(星期三，公眾假期)舉行朝聖活動，參觀位於薄扶林的露德聖母堂、赤柱的加爾默羅跣足女修會及聖亞納堂。當日上午9:00正在東涌巴士總站出發，大約下午5:00回程到東涌。請大家準時，逾時不候。票價為每位港幣100元正，包括旅遊車及午餐費用。有興趣參加的教友，可於彌撒後向各彌撒中心負責人購票。
第二次奉獻
上主日為東非旱災及大飢荒災民的第二次募捐，共籌得善款12,610.70元，多謝大家慷慨支持。
聖雲先會
上主日籌得善款3,938元。總支出為7,494.40元，包括支付一個愉景灣家庭成員的醫藥費、一位大澳長者之平安鐘月費、贊助坪洲中秋長者聯歡會、購買探訪兩個梅窩安老院及十一位坪洲長者家庭的禮物。差額將由聖雲先中央分會資助。善會謹此向各善長仁翁致謝。
The Feast
The Feast is ready to begin! Bring your family and friends to The Feast and be fed with nourishing spiritual food. Many people have experienced healing, blessing, conversion and transformation at The Feast. Now it’s your turn!
Everyone is invited to join the first year anniversary of The Feast Hong Kong. Mark your calendars. The big event will be on Tuesday, September 13th, a public holiday. Venue is Tung Chung Catholic School 4th floor. The anniversary special will start off with a healing mass at 2pm to be followed by worship and teachings by special guest, Bro. Bo Sanchez.
Bro. Bo is an author and publisher, hosts TV and radio programs, and is an international speaker. He’s also founder of many organizations such as: ANAWIM home for the abandoned elderly and the poorest of the poor, a media group Shepherd’s Voice, Light of Jesus Community and Light of Jesus Counselling Centre, and the Kerygma Family, a borderless, international non-physical community.
So remember, September 13th, 4th floor, Tung Chung Catholic School from 2pm. Come and be blessed!
Peng Chau Feast Day
The Peng Chau Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel Feast Day will be held on Sunday, 2nd October 2011. There will be a procession at 2pm and Holy Mass at 3pm in the Peng Chau Stadium. Performances will follow after the Mass. Dinner will be at 6:30pm in the Lucky Restaurant. Tickets will be on sale this week at HK$55 each. Please contact Amy Vinas 91639835.
Parish Pilgrimage
Our Parish Pilgrimage will be held on Wednesday, 5th October 2011, a public holiday. We will visit Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Pokfulam, Sisters of the Discalced Carmelite Order, and St. Anne’s Parish in Stanley. We will leave Tung Chung Bus Terminal at 9am and return around 5pm. Please be punctual as we cannot wait for late comers. Tickets are HK$100 each, including lunch and transportation, and will be sold after Mass. Please contact Amy Vinas 91639835.
Second Collection: Drought and Famine Victims in East Atrica
The second collections at Masses in DB last weekend to aid victims of drought and famine in East Africa realized $12,610.70, which has been forwarded to Caritas for this purpose. Thank you very much for your generosity.
Society of St. Vincent de Paul
Our church door collections in DB last weekend amounted to $3,938. A total of $7,494.40 was spent helping with the medical expenses of a family in Discovery Bay, paying for an elderly person’s safety bell subscription in Tai O, sponsoring a Mid-Autumn Festival Party for elderly persons in Peng Chau, and buying gifts for visits to two homes for the aged in Mui Wo and also for home visits to eleven elderly persons in Peng Chau. The shortfall will be met by the Central Council of the Society. Thank you very much for your generosity..
